Meet Evan and Jenny Gatons of Gatons Farms! They will be supplying quality beef, pork and chicken that includes great steaks and chops, their special recipe bratwursts, burgers, stuffed chicken breasts and so much more, providing a HUGE variety of choices for your next meal.
They have also sourced great local favorites like Lucchi’s Sausage and Pizzas, Mai’s Egg Rolls and more. A taste of the sea will be available at the Station – seafood including salmon, tilapia and even catfish.
Gatons Farms raises livestock on their farm near Tower Hill, IL. In addition to their own animals, they work with other area producers that meet their stringent feed and growing requirements to bring you a quality product.
